Job summary

AtkinsRéalis seeks a Senior Quantity Surveyor in Saudi Arabia to lead measurement, cost control and contract administration on major infrastructure projects.

You will prepare variation claims, cost impact assessments, and valuations, review BOQs, and perform risk analysis while mentoring junior QS staff and coordinating with finance, planning and engineering teams to ensure commercial success.

Qualifications

• Senior Quantity Surveyor with 10+ years of cost management experience on major infrastructure projects.
• Experience in pre- and post-contract cost management, tendering, variation/claims, and reporting.
• Experience with large-scale infrastructure developments; MRICS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead measurement, cost control, and contract administration activities.
