Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to manage cost-control activities on infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia. You will prepare interim payments, measure work, and develop BOQs while reviewing contracts for cost alignment.

The role involves handling claims, variations, and negotiations and monitoring cost performance across projects. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering with 5–10 years of QS experience, preferably on road/highway

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering is required.
• 5–10 years’ QS experience, preferably on road/highway projects.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC, contract management, and cost-control tools.
