Job summary

Team GDC ME is looking for an Aviation Maintenance Quality Control/Quality Assurance (QC/QA) professional to oversee the MD530F fleet in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have an active A&P license, multiple years of technical inspection experience, and a strong background in quality assurance. Responsibilities include maintaining compliance with FAA standards, conducting inspections, and training maintenance staff. Candidates must pass medical examinations and drug testing, and comply with Saudi Labor Law.

Qualifications

Description:

Functions as the Aviation Maintenance Quality Control/Quality Assurance(QC/QA) for MD530 (A&P), technical inspector under the direction of the QC Manager. Maintain and inspect the MD530F fleet to 14 CFR part 91.409, part 43, and part 65 subpart D Mechanics. Technical Inspector / Inspector Authorization duties include sign-off of all red 'X' and circle red 'X' conditions pertaining to the aircraft systems, and aircraft components. Technical inspector of all specific airframe, power-train, power-plant, armament, electrical and avionics systems. Determines requirement to conduct a Maintenance Test Flight (MTF) / Maintenance Operational Check (MOC), and provides inspection criteria interpretation to maintenance staff. Uses common measuring tools, precision measuring gages and alignment fixtures (GFE). Assists the Customer in maintaining a current technical library and applicable aircraft forms and records. Assists the Customer Weight and Balance (W&B) technician to complete Weight and Balance records for all assigned aircraft and complete all appropriate Weight and Balance documentation according to Customer directives and applicable manuals. Functions as the site QC Data Analyst, and the technical and compliance documentation administrator. Establishes the maintenance quality control processes, procedures, standards, measures and reports in support of the maintenance program for all maintenance support activities. Ensures that all related operations are conducted in a safe manner. Conducts maintenance and technical inspector training as required and input OJT training data in learning management system database. Also Preferred Inspection Authorization IA and ability to use and read sensitive measuring equipment.

Qualifications:

• Associates Degree or higher required
• Active A&P license
• Direct experience as an Aircraft Technical Inspector.
• Prior QA or QC experience DOD or CIVILIAN under part 145 repair Stations
• Five (5) years' experience maintaining specific or similar Mission Design Series (MDS).
• Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Inspector Authorization (IA) certificate.
• Graduate of a US Military Aircraft Maintenance Course or civilian equivalent.
• Proficient in the use of computer-hosted interactive technical manuals, aircraft maintenance forms, and other aircraft related documentation.
• Proficient in MS Office software. Ability to effectively communicate with the customer in a professional and courteous manner.
• Professional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate with the customer in a professional and courteous manner.
• Possess a valid US issued driver's license and passport.
• Successfully pass an overseas deployment physical upon hire.

Medical Examination:

Candidates must successfully complete all mandatory medical examinations required to obtain employment.

Criminal Record:

To qualify for a Saudi Work Visa, candidates must have a clean criminal record with no prior convictions, as specified by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Drug and Alcohol Testing:

Candidates must pass a drug test to be considered for employment. Additionally, our ATSS program enforces a random drug and alcohol testing policy. Employees will be subject to periodic testing to maintain adherence to our workplace standards and safety regulations.
