Job summary

GDC ME in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, is seeking a senior FM leader to direct the Directorate's day-to-day operations and oversee system evaluations, process changes, and strategic alignment with internal resources.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent FM experience.
  • Ten years' experience as a manager or military equivalent.
  • Experience in airfield management, training development, operations, aviation maintenance and aviation logistics supply chain management.
  • Proficient in MS Office Professional software (Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook).
  • Knowledge of policies, principles, and procedures of military staff organization and operations.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to manage customer relations and staff.

Description

Directs the day-to-day activities of the Directorate's operations. Evaluates current and proposed systems, processes, and procedures. Directs changes as necessary and oversees the design and implementation of new processes. Provides subject matter expertise based on experience in the aviation facilities industry. Leads, mentors, and supervises the work of subordinate managers. Facilitates company goals by participating in strategic planning initiatives and aligning Directorate strategies with internal resources. Directs the personnel, administrative, and financial functions for the Directorate. Follows guidance provided by OPM-SANG.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent FM experience.

  • Responsible for all FM Performance Work Statement (PWS) requirements.
  • Experience in airfield management, training development, operations, aviation maintenance and aviation logistics supply chain management.
  • Knowledge of policies, principles, and procedures of military staff organization and operations.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and written.
  • Ability to deal effectively with people in the completion of staff functions.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with the customer in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Proficient in MS Office Professional software required (Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook).
  • Knowledge of MNG and OPM-MNG operational procedures concerning job related activities.
Medical Examination

Candidates must successfully complete all mandatory medical examinations required to obtain employment.

Criminal Record

To qualify for a Saudi Work Visa, candidates must have a clean criminal record with no prior convictions, as specified by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Drug and Alcohol Testing

Candidates must pass a drug test to be considered for employment. Additionally, our ATSS program enforces a random drug and alcohol testing policy. Employees will be subject to periodic testing to maintain adherence to our workplace standards and safety regulations.
