Job summary

Mace, a global built environment and project management firm, is delivering a landmark new airport program in Saudi Arabia. We seek a senior quality professional to lead supplier quality management and governance on this large-scale EPC project.

You’ll validate specifications, manage NCR timelines, maintain a Quality Clause Library, and coordinate with Procurement and SQM Lead to close documentation gaps pre-award.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 10+ years in supplier quality, QA, or EPC quality governance on large projects.
• ISO 9001 Internal Auditor / Lead Auditor or FIDIC contract administration training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Compare RFP, final contract specs, and PO content to ensure scope alignment.
• Validate NCR timelines (48h, 7d, 14d), escalation, on-hold clauses, and approval requirements.
• Ensure references, drawings, codes, and attachments reflect latest revisions.
• Track and report specification revision mismatches.
• Maintain a standardized Quality Clause Library aligned with QMS and governance.
• Support adding new clauses from regulatory updates or lessons learned.
• Maintain a compliance matrix tracking pre-award findings.
• Coordinate with Procurement and SQM Lead to close documentation gaps before award.
• Support audit readiness and document retention requirements.
• Provide technical expertise supporting Mace’s net zero carbon transition.

The Project

This is an opportunity to work on a large new build airport, that will set a global benchmark for aviation experience and aims to attract 120 million passengers by 2030 in Saudi Arabia.

You’ll Be Responsible For

• Perform detailed comparison of RFP vs final contract technical specification vs PO content Inspection level requirements vs contract scope
• Validate inclusion of NCR reporting timelines (48-hour response, 07-day corrective plan, 14-day closure) Escalation and on-hold supplier clauses Inspection notification timelines Special process approval requirements
• Ensure document references, drawings, codes, and attachments reflect latest revision.
• Track and report specification revision mismatches.
• Maintain standardized Quality Clause Library aligned with QMS X and governance documents.
• Support adding new clauses based on regulatory updates or lessons learned.
• Maintain compliance matrix tracking pre-award review findings.
• Coordinate with Procurement and SQM Lead to close documentation gaps prior to award.
• Support audit readiness and document retention requirements.
• Provide technical expertise while supporting Mace’s net zero carbon transition.

You’ll Need To Have

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in Supplier Quality Management, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing Quality, EPC Quality Governance, or large-scale project quality management.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality Management or related discipline.
• Professional training or certification in ISO 9001 Internal Auditor / Lead Auditor, Supplier Quality Management, Contract Management, FIDIC contract administration, or equivalent is preferred.
