Job summary

Khidmah is seeking an experienced QHSE Manager to direct Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment management systems across KSA projects in compliance with local regulations and ISO standards. The role requires extensive HSE leadership, risk control, and incident investigation within FM/Property/Construction in the GCC/MENA region.

Responsibilities include governance, audits, CAPA, and support for tender submissions, while ensuring adherence to Saudi Aramco standards and CAFM/SAP tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Science, or related field.
• NEBOSH IGC/Diploma or equivalent HSE certification.
• 10+ years HSE & Quality management experience in FM/Property/Construction in GCC/MENA.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership & Governance: Align plans with objectives, set KPIs, manage budgets, and foster safety culture.
• Operational HSE & Risk Controls: Enforce safety protocols including PTW, LOTO, Confined Spaces, Working at Heights, PPE compliance.
• Life & Fire Safety: Direct drills, inspect emergency systems, ensure life safety standards for client properties.
• Compliance, Audits & SOPs: Oversee ISO audits, update SOPs, ensure adherence to local regulations and Saudi Aramco requirements.
• Incident Investigation & CAPA: Lead RCA investigations and implement corrective/preventive actions.
• Commercial & Tender Support: Provide QHSE inputs for tenders, support client presentations, liaise with project managers.
