Parsons is seeking a QHSE Manager to lead and manage all Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental aspects on a major water pipeline project. You will ensure compliance with statutory, client and contractual requirements, while safeguarding people, assets and the environment.

Responsibilities include developing QHSE plans aligned with ISO 9001/14001/45001, reviewing contractor plans, and overseeing high‑risk activities. Strong leadership and GCC regulatory experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience in QHSE management on major infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience leading QHSE teams and managing multiple contractors on large sites.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001/14001/45001 and regulatory requirements in GCC/Middle East.

Responsabilités

• Develop, implement and maintain the QHSE Management Plan and governance framework aligned to ISO standards.
• Review contractor QHSE plans, ITPs, method statements and risk assessments.
• Provide QHSE oversight of high‑risk pipeline activities and ensure compliance across the project.
• Lead inspections, audits and NCR close‑outs; drive corrective actions.
• Manage environmental permits, waste, dust/noise control and site reinstatement.
