Job summary

Parsons is recruiting an experienced HSE Lead (Saudi National) for a Tabuk Water Pipeline project. You will oversee HSE assurance, drive safety culture, and ensure compliance with contractual HSE requirements and Saudi regulations across pipeline corridors and related works.

Responsibilities include reviewing contractor HSE plans, conducting inspections, audits and incident investigations, and delivering KPI reports to project leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of HSE experience in construction, with water pipelines or linear projects.
• Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental, Engineering or related field.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 and Saudi HSE regulations.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve Contractor HSE deliverables and risk controls.
• Oversee high-risk pipeline activities and control permit-to-work systems.
• Plan and conduct HSE inspections, audits and site walks with corrective actions.
• Lead incident reporting, investigation and root-cause analysis.
• Monitor road safety, journey management and logistics risk across sites.
• Prepare HSE performance reports and present risks to leadership.
