Parsons is recruiting an HSE Lead for our Tabuk project in Saudi Arabia. You will oversee health, safety and environmental assurance, ensuring contractors deliver safely and in line with Saudi regulations and project standards.

The role requires 10+ years of HSE experience in construction, strong knowledge of HSE risks, and leadership to drive a zero-harm culture across pipeline corridors and remote sites. Applicants should be Saudi nationals for this position.

Competenze

• 10+ years of HSE experience in construction, with water pipelines or major linear projects.
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety or related field.
• Strong knowledge of HSE risks and controls for excavation, lifting, confined space, hot work, testing.
• Experience managing contractor HSE performance, audits and incident investigations.
• Knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001, Saudi HSE regulations and client frameworks.
• Experience in road safety and logistics risk across remote sites.
• Leadership, influencing and stakeholder management skills, with good communication.

Mansioni

• Review and approve contractor HSE deliverables including HSE plans and risk assessments.
• Oversee high-risk activities such as excavation, lifting, confined space, hot work and hydrotesting.
• Monitor permit-to-work systems and safe systems of work across sites.
• Plan and conduct HSE inspections, audits and site walks with corrective actions tracked.
• Lead or support incident reporting, investigations and root-cause analysis.
• Promote safety culture through toolbox talks, training and campaigns.
