Job summary

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor in engineering or management and at least 10 years’ experience as a quality manager, with strong knowledge of QA tools, risk management, and audit

Qualifications

• Bachelor in engineering or management required.
• 10+ years of professional experience in quality management.
• Experience on large-scale construction projects preferred.
• Strong knowledge of QA tools, risk management, and audits.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and monitor quality processes to ensure standards are met.
• Inspect products and materials for compliance with quality standards.
• Develop and implement quality management procedures and controls.
• Establish and maintain internal audit plans and corrective actions.
• Train and mentor project staff on QA processes.
• Ensure project deliverables meet agreed-upon quality standards.
• Maintain QA documentation and report on quality performance.
• Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues.
• Coordinate with Project Manager and Operations Manager on quality control.
