Job summary

Client of Redfish Solutions is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to join a major construction project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on leading QA/QC activities, developing and maintaining comprehensive quality plans, and ensuring compliance with project standards and regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Engineering or Construction Management, 15+ years of experience on large projects, and strong leadership and Arabic language skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or related field required.
• Proven experience managing QA/QC on major construction/infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures and quality management systems.
• Excellent understanding of international construction standards.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Saudi/GCC experience preferred.
• Minimum 15 years in field.
• Arabic speaking is a requirement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage quality assurance and quality control activities across the project.
• Develop, implement and maintain project quality plans and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards and regulations.
• Manage inspections, audits, NCRs and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with project engineering and site teams to maintain high quality standards.
• Monitor subcontractor and supplier quality performance.
• Prepare quality reports and provide regular updates to senior management.
