Job summary

KEO International Consultants seeks a QA/QC Manager for a landmark mixed-use project. The role is based in Saudi Arabia, with responsibilities to ensure the highest quality standards across design, materials, and workmanship.

The successful candidate will lead PQP/ITPs, coordinate with client and contractors, and drive quality assurance across all project phases. 15 years of experience in QA/QC and a Civil Engineering degree are required, with GCC exposure preferred.

Qualifications

• 15 years QA/QC experience in large-scale buildings or mixed-use projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years in QA/QC roles in GCC region.
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification preferred.
• Experience implementing PQP and ITPs.

Responsibilities

• Developing, implementing, and maintaining the Project Quality Plan (PQP), inspection and test plans (ITPs), and related QA/QC documentation.
• Monitoring site construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications, codes, and contractual requirements.
• Conducting regular quality audits, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and corrective action follow-ups.
• Reviewing and approving material submittals, method statements, and shop drawings from contractors.
• Coordinating with the client, contractor, and design consultants to resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner.
• Leading QA/QC meetings and reporting on quality performance, trends, and areas for improvement.
• Ensuring traceability of materials, tests, and inspections through effective record control.
• Supporting the implementation of ISO 9001 quality management systems within the project framework.
• Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior QA/QC staff and site inspection teams.
