Job summary

KEO International invites a seasoned QA/QC Manager to join our team in Riyadh for a landmark mixed-use development project in Jeddah. You will ensure all construction activities, materials and workmanship meet the highest international standards and client requirements.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in QA/QC, a Civil Engineering degree, and ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification (preferred). You will lead QA/QC teams, coordinate with design and construction teams, and drive continuous

Qualifications

• 15+ years of QA/QC experience on large-scale building or mixed-use projects.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Certification in Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001 Lead Auditor) preferred.
• Experience in GCC region is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Plan (PQP), inspection and test plans (ITPs).
• Monitor site construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications, codes, and contractual requirements.
• Conduct regular quality audits, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and corrective action follow-ups.
• Reviewing and approve material submittals, method statements, and shop drawings from contractors.
• Coordinating with the client, contractor, and design consultants to resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner.
• Leading QA/QC meetings and report on quality performance, trends, and areas for improvement.
• Ensuring traceability of materials, tests, and inspections through effective record control.
• Supporting the implementation of ISO 9001 quality management systems within the project framework.
• Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior QA/QC staff and site inspection teams.
