Job summary

KBR is seeking an experienced Quality Controller to develop QA plans, ensure maintenance processes meet HSEQ standards, and lead corrective action programs. You will coordinate internal audits, investigate quality issues, and drive continuous improvement across multi-disciplinary teams.

The ideal candidate has a 10+ year track record in quality control, a Bachelor's in engineering, and NACE Level 2, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 10+ years’ experience as QA controller.
• Strong knowledge of quality control and assurance.
• Holding NACE Level 2.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in multi-cultural environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop QA plans and process controls to meet quality and HSEQ standards.
• Maintain Corrective Action program and quality systems; coordinate internal audits.
• Conduct QA investigations (deviations, OOS, etc.).
• Review maintenance processes ensuring SOPs/work instructions are followed.
• Coordinate with other departments on QA issues.
• Support contractor staff in compliance and continuous improvement.
• Ensure QA personnel are trained and manage QA budget and admin tasks.
