Job summary

KBR is seeking a Head of QA/QC in Saudi Arabia to lead maintenance quality assurance and compliance across assets. You will develop QA plans, oversee corrective actions, and coordinate internal audits with the Quality team.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, 10+ years in QA, and strong leadership and RCA capabilities. You will ensure maintenance processes meet specified quality and HSEQ standards, drive continuous improvement, and coordinate with other departments to uphold

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 10+ years in a quality control/quality assurance role.
Strong understanding of quality control and QA principles.
NACE Level 2 certification.
Root cause analysis proficiency.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

Develop QA plans and process control procedures to meet quality and HSEQ standards.
Maintain corrective action program and other quality systems.
Develop and implement quality management system.
Coordinate and participate in internal audits with Company Quality personnel.
Conduct QA investigations (deviations, out-of-specifications).
Review maintenance processes for compliance with SOPs and work instructions.
Liaise with other departments on QA issues.
Train QA personnel and manage the QA department budget and admin tasks.
Support contractor staff in compliance and continuous improvement.
