Job summary

Client of Hudson Manpower seeks a Lead QA/QC Engineer to own the quality system for Saudi Aramco shutdowns and project work. You will set up QC documentation before mobilization and lead the QC team on site, serving as the single quality contact for Aramco inspections and third-party inspectors.

You will prepare WPS/PQR packages, manage welder qualification plans, and supervise QC manpower against the schedule. Candidates should have CSWIP 3.2/ASNT NDTS and strong API/ASME code experience.

Qualifications

• Experience writing repair procedures for static equipment and piping.
• Experience on shutdowns or major projects as QC lead.
• Experience with Aramco inspection processes and approvals.
• Proven ability to plan QC organization and documentation pre-mobilization.

Responsibilities

• Pre-mobilization documentation: prepare QAP, ITPs, workmanship procedures, and QC org chart; obtain Aramco approvals.
• On-site execution: inspect static equipment, vessels, exchangers, columns and internals per ASME IX/SAES–D standards.
• Close-out: compile QC dossier, NCRs, witness tests, record KPIs and lessons learned.
