Asmacs in Saudi Arabia seeks a Lead QA/QC Engineer to own the quality system for shutdowns, turnarounds and project work at Aramco and affiliate facilities. You will establish and obtain approval for all quality documentation before mobilization and lead the QC team and welder resources on site.

The role serves as the single quality contact for Aramco inspection, the Third Party Inspector and project management through to the final QC dossier, reviewing NDE results and test packs and reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 8–10 years QA/QC in Oil & Gas, with shutdowns as QC lead.
• Experience with Aramco inspection (SATIP/SAIC) and pre-start approvals.
• Certifications: API 510/570 or CSWIP 3.1 / AWS CWI.
• Repair procedure writing for static equipment and piping.

Responsabilités

• Pre-mobilization QC documentation and approvals.
• Lead QC team and welder resources on site.
• Inspect equipment to ASME VIII Div.1 & API 510.
• Manage tests, NDE, and welding controls.
• Close NCRs and compile final QC dossier.
