Job summary

TAQA Water seeks a QA/QC Manager to oversee quality assurance and control for a one-year project in Saudi Arabia, ensuring compliance with Aramco standards. The role covers inspections, audits, and material testing, with close coordination to third-party inspectors and certification bodies.

The candidate will monitor non-conformances, implement corrective actions, and develop ITPs while ensuring welding processes comply with WPS & PQR and applicable international standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Ex-Aramco professional with experience on Aramco projects.
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification preferred.
• Familiarity with international and Aramco standards.
• Experience with NDT methods.
• Aramco approval certificate preferred.

This position is for a one-year project in KSA only and may not be renewed.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality control plans.
• Ensure all project activities adhere to Aramco's quality standards.
• Conduct inspections, audits, and material testing.
• Coordinate with third-party inspectors and certification bodies.
• Monitor non-conformances and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare and implement inspection test plan ITP
• Prepare and approve WPS & PQR and ensure compliance with welding process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in engineering or a related field.
• Must be an Ex-Aramco professional with experience in Aramco projects.
• Certified Lead Auditor in ISO 9001 is preferred.
• Good awareness about international standards and Aramco standards.
• Must completed high level of NDT methods.
• Aramco approval certificate is preferred.
