Job summary

HanmiGlobal seeks a seasoned Risk Manager to lead the Projects Risk Management function across large-scale construction and infrastructure initiatives. You will identify, assess, and mitigate risks to protect schedule, cost and quality, owning governance and senior stakeholder reporting.

Responsibilities include developing risk registers, management plans, and facilitating risk workshops, coordinating with planning and cost teams, and ensuring ISO 31000 compliance. Saudi nationals are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience in risk management on large-scale projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
•  
• Strong knowledge of risk methodologies, tools and international standards (ISO 31000).
•  
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
•  
• Professional certifications such as PMP-RMP are desirable.
•  
• Saudi nationals are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments across projects and develop mitigation strategies.
• Develop risk management plans, registers, and executive updates for senior management.
• Guide risk workshops and risk review meetings with project directors and stakeholders.
• Monitor risk status, update registers, and report risk trends to leadership.
• Ensure alignment with ISO 31000 and industry standards.
