Job summary

HanmiGlobal MENA is seeking a seasoned Lead Specialist - Projects Risk Management/Risk Manager to identify, assess, and manage risks across the project lifecycle. You will lead the risk function, integrate processes, and improve delivery efficiency for major projects.

You will develop risk plans, dashboards, and executive updates, while guiding directors and teams through risk workshops and reviews to minimize cost, time, and quality impacts.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of risk management experience in construction, infrastructure, or mega projects.
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field.
• Familiarity with international risk management standards and methods.
• Experience with large-scale developments and strong stakeholder skills.
• Professional certifications such as PMP-RMP or ISO 31000.
• Saudi nationals preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments across projects, identifying risks and their implications.
• Develop risk management plans, risk registers, reports, dashboards, and updates for stakeholders.
• Create mitigation strategies and action plans with project teams for monitoring.
