Job summary

HanmiGlobal Saudi seeks an experienced and strategic Risk Manager to lead risk identification, assessment, and mitigation across our projects and operations in Saudi Arabia. You will develop and implement risk management frameworks to minimize potential impacts on the organization's objectives.

The role requires collaboration with project teams, senior management and stakeholders, delivering risk reports, workshops, and training to embed best practices while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience in risk management, preferably within the construction or engineering industry.
• Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks, methodologies, and tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Certification in Risk Management (e.g., PMI-RMP, IRM) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive risk management policies, procedures and tools aligned with company objectives
• Identify, assess and analyze risks related to projects, operations, safety, finance and compliance
• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to develop risk mitigation and contingency plans
• Monitor risk indicators and report on risk exposure to senior management
• Lead risk workshops and training sessions to raise awareness and embed best practices across the organization
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations and industry standards regarding risk management
• Facilitate risk reviews and audits and support incident investigations and root cause analysis
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the organization s risk management maturity
