Job summary

HanmiGlobal Saudi is seeking a Risk Manager to lead risk identification, assessment, and mitigation across its projects in Riyadh. The successful candidate will develop risk management frameworks and work closely with project teams and management to ensure compliance and proactive risk management. Ideally, the candidate should have a bachelor's degree related to risk management and at least 15 years of experience in risk management within the construction or engineering sector. Certification in Risk Management is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks, methodologies, and tools.
• Certification in Risk Management (e.g., PMI-RMP, IRM) is an advantage.

HanmiGlobal Saudi is seeking an experienced and strategic Risk Manager to lead the identification, assessment, and mitigation of risks across our projects and operations. The Risk Manager will develop and implement risk management frameworks and processes to minimize potential impacts on the organization's objectives. This role involves close collaboration with project teams, senior management, and stakeholders to ensure proactive risk management and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive risk management policies, procedures, and tools aligned with company objectives.
• Identify, assess, and analyze risks related to projects, operations, safety, finance, and compliance.
• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to develop risk mitigation and contingency plans.
• Monitor risk indicators and report on risk exposure to senior management.
• Lead risk workshops and training sessions to raise awareness and embed best practices across the organization.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards regarding risk management.
• Facilitate risk reviews and audits and support incident investigations and root cause analysis.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the organization’s risk management maturity.
