Job summary

Jensen Hughes in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia, seeks a Senior Process Safety & Risk Engineer to lead complex process safety and technical risk assignments across oil & gas, LNG, refining, petrochemicals and industrial facilities.

You will combine independent workshop facilitation and technical expertise with project management, client engagement, mentoring and business development, reporting to the head of Chemical Process Safety Division Middle East & India.

Qualifications

Degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering or related field with extensive process safety experience.
Independent HAZOP/HAZID chairing with complex projects in ME region.
Experience with safety cases, COMAH and risk assessments.

Responsibilities

Chair HAZOP/HAZID/LOPA workshops and steer multidisciplinary teams.
Lead QRA, FERA, BRA, EERA and ESSA studies with client input.
Develop safety cases, safety standards and risk reduction actions.
Manage scope, schedule, budgets, and client relations from proposal to close-out.
Mentor engineers, review deliverables, and support business development.
