Job summary

HanmiGlobal Saudi is seeking a seasoned Planning Engineer to develop, monitor, and update project schedules, ensuring on-time delivery. You will coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, perform critical path analyses, and provide progress reports and forecasts to support decision-making.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and has at least 15 years of experience in planning and scheduling for large-scale construction or infrastructure projects, with strong Primavera P6

Qualifications

15+ years of experience in project planning and scheduling.
Proficiency with Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
Strong knowledge of project controls, risk management, and construction workflows.
Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
Experience on large-scale Middle East projects is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
Monitor progress and performance against planned schedules.
Identify delays and risks and propose mitigation strategies.
Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders for progress data.
Prepare regular reports, forecasts, and schedule analyses.
Conduct critical path analysis and recommend timeline optimizations.
Assist in resource planning and allocation.
Ensure compliance with project requirements, standards, and contracts.
Evaluate variations, claims, and extensions of time (EOT).
