Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in B2B project sales in finishing/building materials.
• Strong network in Riyadh's construction and design community.
• At least 2 years of experience leading a sales team.
• Experience selling premium finishing materials (porcelain, marble, stone).
• Strong commercial, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve targets.
• Own and manage the full project sales pipeline from lead to delivery.
• Develop relationships with developers, contractors, architects, and designers in Riyadh.
• Identify new project opportunities across the Riyadh market.
• Drive product specification to include in BOQs and submittals.
• Present premium finishing materials to clients and stakeholders.
• Monitor pipeline, conversion, and collections; report to COO weekly.
• Set and track individual and team sales targets and follow up.
• Coordinate with estimation, logistics, and internal teams to enable project delivery.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity in the Saudi finishing market.
