Job summary

Rawaj HCM Jobs is seeking a Sales Executive to drive B2B project sales in Riyadh, focusing on premium Italian and European finishing materials. You will build relationships with developers, contractors, architects, and designers, and convert opportunities through the full sales cycle.

The role requires showroom-based training followed by outdoor sales visits, with strong communication and negotiation skills and a valid Saudi driving license. Based in Riyadh, travel is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B sales, preferably in finishing/building materials.
• Experience with developers, contractors, architects, designers.
• Saudi market experience, ideally Riyadh.
• Experience selling premium finishing materials (porcelain, marble, stone, mosaics).
• Strong client relationship and business development skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with developers, main contractors, architects, interior designers, and design firms.
• Identify and develop new project opportunities across Riyadh.
• Generate leads and manage sales from initial contact through quotation, order, delivery, and collection.
• Conduct regular client visits and meetings to understand requirements.
• Present and promote premium materials to clients and project stakeholders.
• Follow up on opportunities to ensure progress through the sales cycle.
• Drive product specifications by promoting VADA brands for inclusion in BOQs and technical submittals.
• Prepare quotations and coordinate with estimation for pricing.
• Negotiate within pricing, margins and guidelines.
• Maintain records of client interactions, opportunities, quotations, and sales activities.
