The ideal candidate has 10+ years in planning and scheduling, strong expertise in Primavera P6 and MS Project, and proven coordination with engineers, contractors, and PMs to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in project planning, scheduling, or project controls.
• Advanced knowledge of Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle and construction sequencing.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, develop, and maintain detailed project schedules.
• Monitor project progress and update schedules based on performance.
• Collect and analyze progress data from engineering teams and contractors.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and planning updates.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to gather planning inputs and ensure alignment with project milestones.
• Attend project meetings and prepare minutes, action items, and follow-up reports.
• Perform critical path analysis and identify potential delays and schedule risks.
• Conduct delay analysis and support the preparation of recovery and mitigation plans.
• Monitor project milestones and ensure timely completion of planned activities.
• Provide regular schedule updates and highlight areas requiring management attention.
