Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Project Operations Lead in Riyadh to oversee operational execution across a portfolio of projects. You will drive planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and governance to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery with high quality.

You will coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams, monitor risks, and report progress to leadership, while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in project operations or management.
• Strong understanding of PMI/PRINCE2/Agile methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proficiency with project tracking, budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate project operations to ensure successful project delivery.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
• Monitor performance, risks, issues, and dependencies with timely resolution.
• Establish and enforce governance, processes, and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with clients, vendors, and stakeholders across functions.
• Track key metrics and provide regular status reports to management.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance delivery efficiency.
• Support project managers with planning, execution, and change management.
• Manage resource utilization and capacity planning across projects.
• Maintain accurate and consistent project documentation.
• Facilitate project reviews and lessons learned sessions.
