Job summary

AtkinsRéalis seeks a Project Operations Lead to oversee operational execution across a portfolio of projects in a fast-paced environment. You will drive planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and performance tracking while ensuring governance and quality standards are met.

The role requires 8+ years in project operations, strong stakeholder management, and proficiency with PM methodologies and PM tools. Contractual term with opportunities for process optimization and leadership growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in project operations, project management, or program management.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (PMI, PRINCE2, Agile, or similar).
• Proven experience managing multiple projects and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate project operations to ensure successful project delivery.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
• Monitor project performance, risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution.
• Establish and enforce project governance, processes, and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Track key project metrics and provide regular status reports to management.
• Optimize operational workflows and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Support project managers with planning, execution, and change management activities.
• Manage resource utilization and capacity planning across multiple projects.
• Ensure project documentation is maintained accurately and consistently.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery efficiency.
• Facilitate project review meetings, lessons learned sessions, and operational audits.
