AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Project Control Manager in Saudi Arabia to lead planning, cost control, scheduling, and risk management across large-scale projects. You will establish baselines, monitor progress, and drive governance and reporting to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role requires senior experience, international certifications, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will develop robust frameworks, manage change, and provide actionable insights to leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, Finance).
• 7+ years of experience in project controls, project management, PMO, or related disciplines.
• Experience managing large-scale projects and cross-functional stakeholders.
• PMI-SP, PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project control frameworks, procedures, and standards.
• Establish project baselines for scope, schedule, and budget.
• Monitor progress against milestones and deliverables; identify variances and corrective actions.
• Ensure effective change management and configuration control processes.
• Track budgets, forecasts, commitments, and expenditures; analyze cost performance.
• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules; conduct schedule risk analysis.
• Provide KPI dashboards and performance insights to leadership; report on project status.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to mitigate delays and project risks.
• Prepare and present project status reports and facilitate governance forums.
