Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Project Control Manager in Riyadh to plan, monitor, and report on performance across scope, schedule, cost, risk, and resources. You will establish robust project controls and governance to deliver on time and within budget.

The role requires leadership of planning, cost and schedule management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder collaboration, with PMP/PRINCE2 preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in project controls, project management, PMO, or related disciplines.
• Experience managing large-scale projects and cross-functional stakeholders.
• PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-SP, or similar certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and report project performance across scope, schedule, cost, risk, and resources.
• Develop and maintain project control frameworks, procedures, and standards.
• Establish baselines for scope, schedule, and budget; monitor milestones and variances.
• Track budgets, forecasts, and expenditures; provide variance analysis.
• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules; perform risk analysis and critical path assessments.
• Prepare and present status reports; support governance forums and audits.
• Collaborate with project managers, finance teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
