Job summary

Atkins Realis Group in Riyadh seeks a Project Operations Lead to oversee the operational execution of projects, ensuring on‑time delivery within budget and quality standards.

You will bridge project teams, stakeholders, and leadership to drive planning, governance, risk management and continuous improvement across the portfolio. This role focuses on planning, resource management, performance tracking and collaboration with cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• 8+ years in project operations, project management, or program management.
• PMI, PRINCE2, Agile or similar certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate project operations to ensure successful delivery.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets and resource strategies.
• Monitor performance, risks, issues and dependencies for timely resolution.
• Establish and enforce governance and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, vendors and stakeholders.
• Track metrics and provide regular status reports to management.
• Drive continuous improvement and optimize operational workflows.
