SYSTRA seeks an accomplished Project Manager with construction and Transport & Mobility expertise to lead an end-to-end delivery for a major investment program in Makkah. You will manage PPP contracts, coordinate across authorities, operators and consultants, and drive on-time, on-budget outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Transport Planning, Urban Planning, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Professional accreditation (PMP, PRINCE2, PE/CEng, PTP/CMILT) strongly preferred.
• KSA experience is a must.
• Proven leadership delivering large urban mobility programs in advisory or client-side roles.

Aufgaben

• Provide end-to-end advisory leadership across the project lifecycle for bus/BRT programs.
• Manage PPP contract, ensuring obligations, scope, risk, and milestones are met.
• Interface with public authorities, operators, consultants and stakeholders; drive governance.
• Oversee schedule, cost, risk, and quality; establish PMO structures and KPIs.
• Review designs for road infrastructure, ITS, fare systems; coordinate across teams.
• Lead ORAT, service change management, and transition to operations; safety systems.
• Champion user experience, accessibility, equity, and data‑driven performance.
• Align outcomes with ESG targets and sustainability requirements.
• Mentor teams, nurture client relationships, and identify opportunities.
