Job summary

Dar Al Riyadh Group is seeking an experienced Architectural Supervisor to oversee professional work across residential, commercial, retail and mixed-use developments in Riyadh. You will supervise on-site construction, review shop drawings and materials, and ensure compliance with approved designs and codes.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering, 10+ years of supervision or design-coordination experience, and solid knowledge of Saudi Building Code.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of architectural supervision or design-coordination experience.
• Proven experience on large-scale mixed-use residential and commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of architectural finishes, residential typologies, commercial spaces, and building-envelope interfaces.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM coordination, and drawing review.
• Strong attention to detail and knowledge of Saudi Building Code requirements.
• Valid Saudi Council of Engineers registration is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Supervise architectural works across residential, commercial, retail, office, clubhouse, and amenity buildings.
• Review architectural shop drawings, materials, samples, mockups, and method statements.
• Inspect blockwork, plastering, ceilings, flooring, doors, glazing, joinery, stone, and finishing works.
• Coordinate architectural interfaces with structural, MEP, landscape, facade, and interior works.
• Ensure consistent quality across repetitive villas, townhouses, and apartment units.
• Resolve architectural discrepancies and maintain compliance with approved designs and codes.
• Lead snagging, de-snagging, and architectural handover inspections.
