Job summary

NEAM Real Estate Investment & Development is hiring a Senior MEP Project Manager to lead the delivery of all MEP systems for a residential compound in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The role oversees HVAC, power, water, drainage, fire protection, and low-current systems, coordinating with civil teams and MEP contractors to ensure successful testing, commissioning, and handover.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, SCE membership, and PMP certification,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• SCE membership is required by Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).
• PMP certification is required.
• 8–12 years of MEP project management experience with 5+ years leading MEP works on residential projects in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of MEP scope across the compound (villas, amenities, infrastructure).
• Manage MEP contractors and specialty subcontractors.
• Review shop drawings, coordination drawings, and material submittals.
• Ensure coordination between MEP disciplines and the civil team.
• Manage testing, commissioning, and handover (T&C).
• Coordinate utility connections with SEC, NWC, and Civil Defense.
• Report progress and risks to senior management.

NEAM Real Estate Investment & Development is a Saudi real estate platform focused on development management, asset management, and advisory services. We are currently delivering a residential compound project in Jeddah and expanding our project management capability.

We are hiring a Senior Project Manager (MEP) to lead the execution of all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works for the compound project.

Role Overview

The Senior MEP Project Manager leads the delivery of all MEP systems for the compound — HVAC, power distribution, water, drainage, fire protection, and low-current systems. This role manages MEP contractors, coordinates with the civil team, and ensures systems are delivered, tested, and handed over to design intent and authority requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead execution of MEP scope across the compound (villas, amenities, infrastructure)
• Manage MEP contractors and specialty subcontractors
• Review shop drawings, coordination drawings, and material submittals
• Ensure coordination between MEP disciplines and the civil team
• Manage testing, commissioning, and handover (T&C)
• Coordinate utility connections with SEC, NWC, and Civil Defense
• Report progress and risks to senior management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• SCE (Saudi Council of Engineers) membership — required
• 8–12 years of MEP project management experience, with at least 5 years leading MEP works on residential projects in Saudi Arabia
• Solid grasp of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and low-current systems
• Proven experience in testing, commissioning, and handover
• Practical experience with SEC, NWC, and Civil Defense processes
• Strong command of Primavera P6 or MS Project
• Fluent Arabic and good working English
• PMP certification is required
