Job summary

NEAM Real Estate Development is hiring a Senior Civil Project Manager to lead end-to-end civil works for a residential compound project in Jeddah. You will manage the owner’s interests, coordinate the main contractor, and ensure schedule, cost, quality, and safety from mobilization through handover.

Ideal candidate has a Civil Engineering degree, 8–12 years PM experience (5+ years on residential projects in Saudi Arabia), strong knowledge of Primavera P6/MS Project, FIDIC contracts, BOQs, and

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of project management experience, incl. 5 years leading residential projects in Saudi Arabia
• Strong command of Primavera P6 or MS Project
• Practical experience with FIDIC contracts, BOQs, and claims
• SCE membership is required (Saudi Council of Engineers)
• Fluent Arabic and good working English

Responsibilities

• Lead the full execution of civil works from mobilization to handover
• Manage the main contractor, subcontractors, and site consultants
• Own the project schedule, cost control, variations, and claims
• Review and approve shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals
• Ensure compliance with the Saudi Building Code, REGA, and municipality requirements

NEAM Real Estate Investment & Development is a Saudi real estate platform focused on development management, asset management, and advisory services. We are currently delivering a residential compound project in Jeddah and expanding our project management capability.

We are hiring a Senior Project Manager (Civil) to lead the execution of civil and structural works from mobilization through handover.

Type: Full-time

Role Overview

The Senior Civil Project Manager owns the end-to-end delivery of civil works on behalf of the owner. This includes leading contractors, managing schedule and cost, ensuring quality, and safeguarding the owner's interests throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full execution of civil works, from earthworks to handover
• Manage the main contractor, subcontractors, and site consultants
• Own the project schedule, cost control, variations, and claims
• Review and approve shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals
• Ensure compliance with the Saudi Building Code, REGA, and municipality requirements
• Report progress, risks, and decisions to senior management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• SCE (Saudi Council of Engineers) membership — required
• 8–12 years of project management experience, with at least 5 years leading residential projects in Saudi Arabia
• Strong command of Primavera P6 or MS Project
