Innovative Solutions is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex cybersecurity projects and strategic initiatives. You will oversee multiple projects, manage cross-functional teams, and engage executive stakeholders to ensure delivery within scope, time, and budget.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering/Business Admin or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in cybersecurity or IT.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, with executive-level engagement.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities in fast-paced environments.
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools to enhance planning and reporting.

• Lead and manage multiple cybersecurity projects and programs from initiation through closure
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with clients and stakeholders
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests while implementing effective mitigation plans
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards, contractual obligations, and client expectations
• Monitor project financial performance, including budget management, forecasting, and profitability
• Coordinate with internal departments, partners, vendors, and clients to ensure seamless project execution
• Mentor and support junior project managers and project team members
