Secure Tech in Riyadh leads security system integrations and technical solutions. The Project Manager will plan, coordinate, and oversee security projects from initiation to completion, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality are met while aligning with standards.

The role serves as a primary client contact, collaborating with internal teams and the PMO to understand requirements, resolve challenges, monitor progress, manage risks, and deliver projects to the highest standards.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in the same field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• AutoCAD design software knowledge.
• Ability to manage project delivery dates.
• Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices, and performance standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Experience in operations and project maintenance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the preparation, scheduling, coordination, and control of technical projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Monitor compliance with applicable laws, practices, and quality assurance policies.
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients, engaging regularly to understand, analyze, and address their needs and requirements.
• Quality control, performance standards, and specifications required by the project.
• Oversee project progress in terms of scope, schedule, budget, and team performance; provide consistent and detailed status reports to management.
• Define project roles and assign responsibilities to team members to ensure efficient execution.
• Collaborate closely with the PMO Manager and other departments to facilitate cross-functional support, and technical guidance.
• Monitor key milestones, evaluate deliverables, and manage project documentation, including reports and delivery timelines.
• Identify potential risks, perform impact assessments, and implement proactive mitigation strategies.

Must Have

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in the same field.
• Proficiency in dealing with computer programs and Microsoft programs (Excel, Word, Project, and MS Project).
• Excellent knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD.
• Ability to work with projects and set delivery dates.
• Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices, and performance standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
