Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a seasoned Project Delivery Manager to lead delivery across assigned assets, ensuring alignment with design, schedule, budget and governance within large-scale developments.

The role requires advancing construction readiness, coordinating with contractors, consultants and internal teams, and driving handover readiness, testing and commissioning while maintaining HSE and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• Master’s degree is preferred for advanced roles and leadership responsibilities.
• Professional certifications with recognized institutes are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project delivery across assets, projects and site areas within the BU.
• Review construction readiness inputs and ensure alignment with schedule, budget and governance.
• Monitor site progress, quality and compliance with specifications and HSE.
• Coordinate interfaces among design, commercial, procurement, operations and handover readiness.
