Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a dynamic Delivery Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of our construction projects within the Qiddiya development. You will oversee construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget, while meeting the highest quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with construction management software and project management tools.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams effectively.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage all construction delivery activities to ensure alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality requirements.
• Oversee contracts and liaise with contractors to monitor progress and enforce safety/quality standards.
• Develop construction methodologies and risk mitigation strategies for smooth project execution.
• Lead site inspections, progress meetings, and reporting to track status and address deviations.
• Collaborate with design, procurement and PM teams to ensure integration of design and construction phases.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and report to senior management and external partners.
• Drive health, safety, and environmental policy implementation on site.
