Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Project Delivery professional to lead delivery across assets and projects, ensuring readiness, quality and governance. You’ll review design inputs, procurement status, permits and site access, while coordinating with contractors and consultants to meet milestones.

You will monitor progress, manage interfaces across workstreams, and ensure handover readiness with strong HSE and quality controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred in related field.
• Professional certifications or memberships (SCE, ICE, CIOB, PMI, APM, RICS, AACE) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage project delivery activities across assets, projects, packages or site areas.
• Review construction readiness inputs and ensure alignment with design, schedule and budget.
• Monitor site progress, quality and compliance with HSE and governance.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants and delivery partners; ensure handover readiness.
• Develop project records, reports and supervise team.
