We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Senior Project Controls Specialist to join our dynamic team on a high-profile project in Tabuk, KSA . The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting project delivery by monitoring cost, schedule, and performance metrics to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Schedule Management: Assist in developing, updating, and maintaining project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
Cost Control: Track project expenditures, commitments, and forecasts; analyze variances against the approved baseline budget.
Progress Reporting: Prepare comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports detailing schedule status, cost performance, and key milestones.
Risk & Change Management: Assist in identifying potential project risks and tracking change orders to evaluate their impact on cost and timeline.
Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and site teams to gather data and resolve schedule or cost discrepancies.
Experience: Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in project controls, planning, scheduling, or cost estimation within the construction or engineering industry.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Industrial Engineering, IT, Finance, or a related discipline.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software (such as Primavera P6 or MS Project) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
