Parsons is seeking a Senior Project Controls Specialist to join our team on a high-profile project in Tabuk, KSA. You will monitor cost, schedule, and performance metrics to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and collaborate with project managers, engineers, and site teams.

The ideal candidate brings 15+ years of progressive project controls experience and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, with strong proficiency in Primavera P6 or MS Project and advanced Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in project controls, planning, scheduling, or cost estimation for construction/engineering projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Industrial Engineering, IT, Finance, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Track expenditures, commitments, and forecasts; analyze variances against budget.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports with schedule status and milestones.
• Identify project risks and track change orders affecting cost and timeline.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to resolve schedule or cost discrepancies.

Job Description:

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Senior Project Controls Specialist to join our dynamic team on a high-profile project in Tabuk, KSA . The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting project delivery by monitoring cost, schedule, and performance metrics to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

What You'll Be Doing

• Schedule Management: Assist in developing, updating, and maintaining project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.




• Cost Control: Track project expenditures, commitments, and forecasts; analyze variances against the approved baseline budget.




• Progress Reporting: Prepare comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports detailing schedule status, cost performance, and key milestones.




• Risk & Change Management: Assist in identifying potential project risks and tracking change orders to evaluate their impact on cost and timeline.




• Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and site teams to gather data and resolve schedule or cost discrepancies.

What Required Skills You'll Bring

• Experience: Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in project controls, planning, scheduling, or cost estimation within the construction or engineering industry.




• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Industrial Engineering, IT, Finance, or a related discipline.
