Job summary

Rider Levett Bucknall is seeking a highly capable Contracts Manager in Saudi Arabia to support the commercial delivery of a major project. The role focuses on implementing contractual obligations, protecting client interests, and delivering commercial outcomes.

You will advise on contracts, manage variations, claims, EOT, and close‑out activities, while engaging senior stakeholders and project teams. The ideal candidate will drive commercial activities with initiative and accountability,

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or Law.
MRICS / MCIArb / CIArb / CCM / CPCM professional accreditation desired.
Minimum 10 years' experience managing contracts on construction projects, including post-contract services.

Responsibilities

Lead procurement activities: tender invitation, clarification, submission and evaluation.
Administer contracts from award to final account with proper governance and records.
Manage variations, change orders, and entitlement assessments; maintain variation registers.
Oversee claims, EOT submissions, delay analyses, and dispute avoidance strategies.
Support interim and final payments and final account negotiations.
Draft and issue contractual notices and maintain document controls.
