Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, seeks an experienced Quality Control Manager to lead all QA/QC activities on a large-scale development project. You will establish and maintain the Project Quality Management System and ensure compliance with contract requirements, drawings, specs, and international standards.

You will oversee QA/QC teams, review ITPs, NCRs, and testing results, drive continuous improvement, and coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors through design review,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline.
• Master’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or Construction Management preferred.
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or CQE certification highly desirable.
• Minimum 15+ years in quality management within the construction industry.
• Minimum 8 years in a Quality Control Manager/Quality Manager role on major building projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA/QC activities across the project lifecycle, from design to handover.
• Review and approve contractor Quality Plans, ITPs, Method Statements, and quality procedures.
• Supervise quality engineers, inspectors, laboratory personnel, and specialist consultants.
• Manage NCRs, SORs, and CARs with tracking and closure.
• Coordinate testing and commissioning for civil, structural, architectural, MEP systems.
• Prepare KPI reports for project management and clients.
• Verify compliance with local regulations and Saudi standards.
