Job summary

Egisgroup in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Project Controls Engineer to manage cost control, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting on complex projects. The role emphasizes earned value management and integration with project teams to deliver accurate financial insights.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years in project controls, a Bachelor's in Engineering, proficiency in Excel, and familiarity with Primavera P6, Power BI, and ERP systems. PMP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in project controls and cost management.
• Experience in project budgeting, cost control, forecasting, and financial performance analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and project controls/reporting tools.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Experience with Primavera P6, Power BI, or ERP systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Track project costs and analyze variances against approved budgets.
• Prepare and maintain BAC, ETC, and EAC.
• Monitor project progress and financial performance.
• Prepare cost forecasts, cash-flow reports, and management dashboards.
• Support project managers in identifying cost risks and corrective actions.
• Apply Earned Value Management principles and track KPIs.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Support monthly project reviews and financial closing activities.
