Job summary

Egis Group in Riyadh is seeking a Senior Cost Control Manager to oversee cost management on a major infrastructure project. You will lead budgeting, cost performance analysis, and CBS maintenance while guiding cost control teams to ensure project financial health.

You will collaborate with cross-functional groups, develop financial models, forecast cash flows, and implement robust cost control systems in line with Saudi regulations and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10–15 years of cost engineering and cost reporting experience.
• Experience leading cost control teams on large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of budget management, financial modeling and risk assessment.
• Proven ability to recruit and deploy cost control staff to project teams.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project budgets and cost forecasts.
• Provide cost performance analyses and regular reporting to stakeholders.
• Maintain CBS and manage changes with version control.
• Support risk assessments and mitigation planning.
• Create financial models to forecast costs and cash flows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet budget constraints.
• Implement and maintain cost control systems tracking expenses and variances.
• Offer expert cost-related guidance to project managers and leadership.
• Stay current with local regulations and industry best practices in cost engineering.
• Provide budget and cost performance evaluation to support business planning.
