Job summary

Egis, a leading international engineering and consulting firm, seeks a Senior Cost Control Engineer for a major project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on overseeing cost control activities, budget management, design review, and financial performance across large-scale infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
10–15 years of experience in cost engineering, cost reporting and PMO practices.
Strong knowledge of cost management principles and budget control.
Proficient in Primavera and Excel for financial modeling.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain comprehensive project budgets aligned with goals.
Conduct detailed cost analyses and provide regular cost performance reports.
Manage CBS and control changes with version control.
Forecast project costs and cash flows; update financial models.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet budget constraints.
Maintain cost control systems and support risk mitigation strategies.
