• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule for the rail project.
• Monitor progress against baselines and milestones.
• Analyze schedule performance and identify delays and critical path activities.
• Develop schedule recovery plans and integrate schedules across workstreams.
• Conduct schedule risk analysis and forecast completion dates.
• Review contractor schedules, progress updates and recovery plans.
• Establish project cost control systems and oversee budgets, expenditures and forecasts.
• Apply Earned Value Analysis to evaluate project performance.
• Prepare Cost Performance Reports and support financial reporting.
