Job summary

Tabby in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Senior Product Manager to build a full consumer lending line in the market from the ground up and own its P&L.

You will define the product, pricing and eligibility, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with legal, risk, and engineering to specify billing, repayment options, and lifecycle decisions for the 12- to 24-month horizon.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager with a focus on credit or lending products
• Experience in fintech or tech product development is valued
• Proven track record of managing complex product lifecycles and delivering successful products
• Attention to detail due to money-related product implications
• Ability to work with risk, compliance and legal to obtain product approvals

Responsibilities

• Define the lending product construct for KSA and other markets, including eligibility, tenors, limits, and repayment structure
• Own the P&L, build business cases, and explain monthly movements in revenue and costs
• Collaborate with legal, compliance and external partners to protect customer experience
• Specify billing and servicing logic, including options for early settlement and late fees
• Develop 12- and 24-month strategy, targeting segments and new features or exclusions

About the role

Tabby is known for BNPL, but credit is our fastest-growing business. Saudi Arabia is our biggest market, and we want to build a full consumer lending line there.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager based in Saudi Arabia to build that business from the ground up and own its P&L.

This is not a feature role. You will define what the product is, how it is priced, who qualifies, how it stays compliant.

What you will be doing

• The product construct. Define the lending products we launch in KSA and across Tabby's other markets, including eligibility, tenors, limits, repayment structure, and what happens at every edge of the flow.
• The P&L. Revenue and cost are yours: profit rates and pricing etc. You build the business case, commit to the numbers, and explain every month why they moved.
• Work with legal, compliance and external partners, and so the customer experience does not suffer for it.
• Billing and servicing logic. Billing logic, repayment options, early settlement, late fees, collections hand-offs. This is detailed work: you will sit with engineering and specify, case by case, what lands where and why.
• Strategy. Where this business should be in 12 and 24 months, which segments we serve, what we build next, and what we deliberately do not build.

What you will need

• Saudi Arabia residency, familiarity with the market and an understanding of local culture
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager. Experience with credit or lending products matters most, but strong experience in fin-tech or tech products also works
• A proven track record of managing complex product lifecycles and delivering successful products
• Attention to detail, our products work with people's money, so precision matters at every step
• Comfort working with risk, compliance and legal to get a product approved, not just designed
• Resilience and the ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment
• Fluency in English and Arabic
