Job summary

Tabby in Saudi Arabia seeks a Senior Product Manager to build a new consumer lending line from the ground up. You will define the product, pricing, eligibility, and compliance while owning the P&L and coordinating with legal, risk, and external partners to ensure a seamless customer experience.

You will work closely with engineering to specify billing, collections, and servicing logic, and craft a 12- to 24-month strategy, determining which segments to serve and what to build next.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
• Experience with credit or lending products.
• Strong fintech or tech product background.
• Experience delivering complex product lifecycles.
• Attention to detail since products involve people’s money.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Define the lending products to launch in KSA and across Tabby’s markets, including eligibility, tenors, limits, and repayment structures.
• Own the P&L, build the business case, and explain monthly movements with risk/compliance and legal alignment.
• Specify billing and servicing logic with engineering, covering cases of early settlement, late fees, and collections.
• Set 12- and 24-month strategy, decide target segments, and outline what to build next while avoiding unnecessary scope.

About the role

Tabby is known for BNPL but credit is our fastest-growing business Saudi Arabia is our biggest market and we want to build a full consumer lending line there We are looking for a Senior Product Manager based in Saudi Arabia to build that business from the ground up and own its P amp L This is not a feature role You will define what the product is how it is priced who qualifies how it stays compliant

The product construct

Define the lending products we launch in KSA and across Tabby s other markets including eligibility tenors limits repayment structure and what happens at every edge of the flow

The P amp L

Revenue and cost are yours profit rates and pricing etc You build the business case commit to the numbers and explain every month why they moved Work with legal compliance and external partners and so the customer experience does not suffer for it

Billing and servicing logic

Billing logic repayment options early settlement late fees collections hand-offs This is detailed work you will sit with engineering and specify case by case what lands where and why

Strategy

Where this business should be in 12 and 24 months which segments we serve what we build next and what we deliberately do not build Saudi Arabia residency familiarity with the market and an understanding of local culture 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager. Experience with credit or lending products matters most, but strong experience in fin-tech or tech products also works A proven track record of managing complex product lifecycles and delivering successful products Attention to detail, our products work with people's money, so precision matters at every step Comfort working with risk, compliance and legal to get a product approved, not just designed Resilience and the ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment Fluency in English and Arabic
